Mostly a retired neighborhood, I believe Im the youngest in the neighborhood. Every one is very friendly, the neighborhood committy has a meeting once a month to discuss problems. I for one had an issue with city transit and there bus stop by my property. Took one complaint at a meeting and the bus stop was move. Great neighborhood nice people everything is no more than five minutes away.
