If the home is left unattended without securing the lock upon check-out, guests assume responsibility for any loss that may occur. Fireworks are not allowed. Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. The owner lives on the backside of the property, so please do not venture over to their property for their privacy. The home is a water well property and with the extreme heat and current drought, the pressure is low. Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the well may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
