Presidential Towers consists of four towers and this apartment is within the fourth tower. Lease can start as soon as 10/14. The sublease would be through mid June (to finish out my 10 month lease) for a total of 8 month lease. I have to move due to job circumstances and have only been living in this apartment for 1.5 months. I bought ALL furniture brand new for $3,500, and it has only been lightly used for 1.5 months. Would highly prefer to sell my furniture for $2,500 with the sublease and will prioritize those willing to buy the furniture, this includes things like toaster oven, microwave, tv, sofa, bed+mattress, laundry hamper, dining table, dressers, coffee table, trash cans, etc.
