Monthly cleaning service is included for the entire property, including this room. 6 month lease term which will shift to month to month afterwards. No smoking. No pets. Overnight guests limited to one person for up to two consecutive nights and not more than 8 guest nights in a month. Maintenance responsibilities are to support regular household functions like take out trash, unload dishwasher, bring in/ sort the mail. These tasks are shared by everyone, so not onerous.
