Income for self-employed individuals verified by 3 months banks statement and signed tax returns for the last two years to show predictable income. Credit requirement A credit report from a third party agency. Previous tenant screening reports not allowed. Lease duration minimum 1 year. No smoking allowed. All utilities paid by tenant
