SPECIAL QUIRKS: - The building is on top of a hill, at an elevation over 100 feet above sea level. You are high enough that you see over the other 2 family buildings to the west. Being on the 2nd floor here is like being on the 5th or 6th floor of other buildings! - With that being said, you can see all the way to Manhattan. It's a nice partial view of the skyline. And at night, the lights of the city can be visible from the rear bedroom window. - Two well-maintained and quiet cemeteries keeps the area quaint. Their surrounding sidewalks are nice places to jog or walk your dog. In addition, the area cannot be further developed. You'll never see skyscrapers sprout out from them. - And!
