The studio is on the second floor of a 3 stories resort building. It has a balcony with a great view. It also has an almost new plank floor. It's away from parking lot and ground floor foot traffic noise. It's easy accessible by stairs and elevators. The studio has a queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. There is a full tub/shower bathroom with double sinks. A fully outfitted kitchen is provided. It also has a fireplace (Duraflame type of log only, one log at a time). A heated outdoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, a sauna, a gym, a game room, a family room, a barber shop, several laundry rooms, and an US postal office are available on site. All utilities are included in the rent, cable, internet, water, and electricity. No AC. Fan is provided for hot summer days. A screen door is installed for air circulation. One time $150 resort fee and one time $120 cleaning fee. Electricity, Internet, cable, water are provided without extra changes. No smoking. Parking lot is at the back side of building.
