Just me upstairs and my friendly dogs so you'd need to be okay with dogs, but no other pets please. It's a quiet, comfortable home with shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and a great backyard with a hot tub and fire pit. The neighborhood has awesome amenities too pool, gym, parks, and trails. A little about me: I'm 35, easygoing, live a pretty healthy and relaxed lifestyle, and keep the place clean. I work full-time and stay pretty active. There's also a bunch of gym equipment in the house you're welcome to use, and the kitchen is big with two ovens and plenty of room if you like to cook. I also have a couple extra rooms upstairs if you need a home office setup. Rent is around $2,000/month and covers all utilities, internet, and TV access.
