The bedroom is carpeted and has enough space for a king size bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is an office space with a walk-in closet, spacious storage shelf, and huge whiteboard. Less than 20 minutes away from the University of Utah. Pets negotiable depending on how they get along with my cat. No smoking allowed inside. Long-term lease preferred, starting May 16th, 2025, ending May 31st, 2026. Rent due on the 1st, late on the 5th, $50/day late fee. Additional rent $50 per month per pet.
