Have lived the Ghent life for years and are ready to make the move to the more "adult" Colonial Place (or work at the hospital and respect your right to get sleep at night). Don't worry, there's still a Cogan's a few blocks away. 2. Have a job (this is most likely necessary to pay rent) 3. Love the charm of an old home (that comes with great neighbors) 4. Love modern conveniences slightly more (renovated in 2015) 5. Like a big bedroom 6. And a big kitchen 7. A killer upstairs patio (not to mention a great front porch for sippin' wine) 8. And a free washer and dryer 9. Have dogs (but don't want to pay any extra to have them live with you; you're only responsible for the damage they cause! And we even have a yard!) 10.
