I can't say enough about our neighbors and neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and there are about a dozen little kids coming up on the street who like to play together, mine included. There are two parks, Gilman and Ross, that we walk to regularly and we see neighbors there, as well. There is a neighborhood summer BBQ every year in July which is nice, too. This location of this neighborhood is so prime, we're close to everything Ballard, Fremont, Phinney, Wallingford, and Magnolia has to offer. Walk Score = 71!
