Our home is easily located on Main Street (Route 23A), between downtown Tannersville and Hunter Mountain in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Under 4 miles to Hunter Mountain, 5 minute drive. Close to hiking trailheads and all the beautiful Catskill mountains have to offer. Downtown Tannersville is walkable- shops, restaurants, farm stand, arts center. Multiple synagogues within walking distance. You have access to our entire 1.2+ acres. Garden beds, outdoor fire-it, gas grill, picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. We have 4 bedrooms, all with queen beds. One pack and play is also available. 2 bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower). Window AC units in the upstairs bedrooms, and an additional unit is available for downstairs. We have found the house stays very comfortable, as most summer nights are in the 50s. 2 Joybird sleeper sofas (queen & twin). Parking for 4-6 cars. Our 4 bedrooms each have a theme of some of the adventures we enjoy: SKI, SAIL, RUN, FLY. Our kitchen is FULLY equipped- appliances (dishwasher too!), good knives & all. New refrigerator and induction stove! When you're not outside enjoying the Catskills- we have a full game closet, plenty of puzzles, and a 100" projector for streaming movies/tv. full year lease- $2900/month 6 month lease, dates flexible - $3100/m full 4-month season (May 15-Sept 15) is $3300/m three months rental price is $3500/m two months rental price is $3800/m single month rental price is $4000/m Dates flexible and highly preferred that the house remains furnished. If you prefer unfurnished, please inquire and we can discuss- additional fees will apply. Heat/hot water and wifi paid by owners. Electric charges to be paid by tenants monthly based on bill/usage. Tenant responsible for taking garbage to dump- no garbage can be left outside (bears). Some garden maintenance and regular mowing provided by owners. Snow removal for accumulations over 5" provided, any storms less than 5" are the responsibility of tenant. No smoking, no parties, no sublets. Pets ok.
