Unit comes with some furniture - futon bed, mattress, armchairs, computer table, chair and storage. Heat and water are included but electricity is extra and may average $25 to $30. Baseboard heaters and air-conditioners are in the unit and controlled by you. The fridge was replaced last year. Walk-in bathtub was installed a couple of years ago.
