We've done some updating to the property including refinished hardwood floors, completely remodeled master bathroom, new carpet in the living areas, fresh paint throughout, a brand new heating and cooling unit, and new hot water heater. The kitchen is large with an over range microwave, new dishwasher and new refrigerator and has a vintage aesthetic. There is also a washer dryer hookup in the large laundry room right off the double carport. There is also a nice work shop shed with electricity. We may consider pets for an additional non refundable pet fee. We require credit applications from every adult that will live in the house. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
