I live on the 4th floor (top floor) with a nice view in a new complex in east Austin called Laurel Apartments. The complex is right off of a free way but my unit is in the back so I can not hear the freeway. The complex is brand new. Pool Workout facility Elevator Access Big dog park which my unit overlooks Very nice staff and grounds management Central AC Washer and Dryer Dishwasher Easy parking Walk-in Closet Non Furnished Daily trash service pick up This is a lease take-over. My lease ends on the September 26th 2022. I need to move out in mid to end of December so there will be about 9 months left for whoever takes it over. $1580 rent - not including utilities The only cost associated with a lease take-over is a $1500 fee and I will pay that. This lease must be taken over by mid to end of December as that's when I'm moving out. I am the tenant so I may be missing some information.
