Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged.
