This 515 square foot apartment is a 1 bed/1bath includes a dishwasher and garbage disposal and also includes one parking spot in our secured parking area. The apartment is conveniently located near Green Lake, Ravenna Park, Whole Foods, Safeway, and express bus routes, and has an easy commute to UW and North Seattle. Rent is $1825 a month with a 12 month lease, utilities are $110.00 (Water, Garbage and Sewer) per adult occupant. The application fee is $45 per occupant, plus $800 deposit (of which $300 is non-refundable). First month's rent will be prorated if not starting on the first day of the month. No pets. No smoking. We only accept 1 year leases. First month's rent plus deposit due at lease signing.
