The Surprise: my first visit to this home recalled memories of homes I delivered papers to in the area as a kid...and I knew what to expect. They opened the door and my jaw dropped; that continued throughout the tour. The owners have updated every inch of this gem and updated the systems of the home in the process including Central AC. Large bonus room with 1/2 bath could easily be a 4th bedroom...and there is room to add shower for a 3/4 bath. Back deck/yard are amazing. Excellent schools and walk score!
