This home wont hit the market until later this month but I just had to share this with you. I have sold over 500 homes in terravita and I have only seen one other home that compares to this one. Period. Almost totally redone from developer features, the home defines a 10 (even the baseboards have been redone), it makes model homes look plain and messy. The outdoor living is as good as the indoor. The open kitchen/family room opens to incredible resort like backyard, and from there, to acres of beautiful desert.
