1.5 miles from White Rock Lake where you can bike/ride/jog to the lake easily. Near Mockingbird/Abrams with lots of hot spots plus easy access to 75 and NW Hwy! This is a 2 bed/2 bath house with a huge back yard and a new deck installed in 2016. It has a fireplace in the kitchen (which is my favorite part of the house) plus one in the living room! It has a good size back yard and deck (second favorite part of the house) for any size pet and a good front yard as well. The only downside to this property is that there is no garage.
