It includes a fully equipped kitchen, furnished living and dining areas, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, and a golf cart for getting around the community. Enjoy resort-style pools, fitness facilities, pickleball, tennis, and clubhouse activities, with Ave Maria Town Center, Publix, restaurants, and shops nearby. At least one renter or occupant must be 55 or older. A golf cart is included with the rental, making it convenient to get around Del Webb Naples and the Ave Maria community. Rent includes high-speed Internet/Wi-Fi, electricity, water, sewer, trash, air conditioning/heat, and lawn/exterior maintenance. Community Amenities Del Webb Naples offers resort-style amenities including resort and lap pools, fitness facilities, pickleball, tennis, clubhouse activities and recreational facilities, subject to applicable association access requirements. The villa is conveniently located near Ave Maria Town Center, with restaurants, shopping, Publix, services, community events, and other everyday conveniences nearby. Panther Run Golf Club is located within Del Webb Naples.
