Main floor is all shared space with a large comfortable couch and entertainment center, dining room area, real fire place, balcony and a small fenced of patio. The best feature of the house (personally) is the long and great spaced kitchen. In unit washer and dryer on the 1st floor. There is one full bath upstairs (not including the master bath), and 1/2 bath on the main floor. Below the first level is a semi-private garage. Each townhouse unit has 2 spaces and storage area. There is no extra spaces inside the garage, but always plenty of street side spaces, always available. There is a front door entrance along with the garage private entrance up into the townhouse. Preferred 12 month lease, can be flexible with options. No smoking inside, preferred no vaping in common areas. Picks up after themselves, likes cleanliness living. Respectful to other roommates and neighbors. $1000/month for rent plus maximum of $120 for utils depending on the month. Very high speed internet. I like to empower my tenants by allowing them if they'd like to make additions to the place, as long as I give the green light, go through and possibly finance the change/addition.
