The house is located along a main street in Lancaster, so there's great access to public transportation. It's a 15 minute walk downtown, where there are great dining and shopping options. Included in the room is the bed frame you see in the photo, if wanted. All utilities are included in this price, including Wifi! A window unit air conditioner comes with the room. We have a strict no pets, no smoking, no overnight guests, and no parties policy. BEFORE doing a showing, we must receive an application, which includes a background and credit check. Please message me for the application! We require a $600 security deposit. We can do a month-to-month lease or a one year lease.
