It's a 15 minute walk downtown, where there are great dining and shopping options. There's a washer and dryer in the building for the use of the tenants. All utilities are included in the price of the room, including Wifi. We have a strict no smoking, no pets, no overnight guests, and no parties policy. The only parking available is street parking, but it's typically not difficult to find a parking space in close proximity to the house. We can do a month-to-month lease or a one year lease.
