RENTAL HISTORY We will attempt to verify the applicant's previous rental history at their two most recent rental residences. We will be verifying dates of tenancy, rent amount, payment history, account status, and any other information the property owner may request. Ideally applicants will have at least 2 years of verifiable, positive rental history Pet considered w/$25 mo pet rent + $250 non refundable pet fee. Each adult must submit online app & pay $60 app fee. Good credit required (620+). Tenant pays all utilities. No smoking. Lease must start within 30 days to be considered.
