The space As you enter, you're greeted by a beautiful garden and a stunning 360-degree glass dome meditation center, separate from the main house. This magical glass dome transforms into many settings perfect for mediation, yoga, sound healing, ceremonies, then to a stargazing bedroom or even a disco lounge! Great for content creation and any kind of production. Inside the house, the first floor features two cozy living rooms: one with a large TV, karaoke setup, and comfy seating, and another with a spacious kitchen and dining area perfect for socializing. The master bedroom has its own private bath, and there's an additional guest bathroom with a walk-in closet. A nightclub-inspired dance floor room with 360 degree camera set up, inflatable seating and disco balls is perfect for after-hours fun. Step outside to the pool area, complete with seating, sunbeds and a hot tub. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms feature comfortable, brand-new beds. One of the rooms has zero gravity full body massage chair! A bathroom with a shower completes the second floor for added comfort. This newly renovated home is designed to give you a luxurious, relaxing stay, where every detail has been carefully considered for your enjoyment. Guest access Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a unique access code 48 hours before your arrival. This code will unlock the main front door. Upon arrival, the main gate will be open for you, and you can enter the property. Inside, you'll find the key to the glass dome meditation center, and you can also unlock the door leading to the pool from inside the house. Everything inside the house is accessible, and there is plenty of free street parking available. If the light does not come on, turn the switch off, wait a couple of seconds, and then turn it on again, but please do not switch it on and off many times quickly, as this can confuse the system and cause the lights to flicker. Pool and Jacuzzi Heating Information: To keep your stay comfortable and transparent, we kindly want to share that pool heating is not included in the base price of the home, as it requires a significant amount of energy. If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay, we're happy to arrange it for you in advance for an additional fee. The jacuzzi/spa is available for use and instructions will be provided upon arrival. Please note that the jacuzzi and pool heating systems are separate. We kindly ask guests to only use the jacuzzi controls as instructed and not activate the pool heater. If the pool heater is turned on without prior arrangement, an additional charge will apply. Child Safety Notice: For safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children and is not childproofed. There are no child safety locks, gates or pool barriers, and the property includes a swimming pool, hot tub, stairs, and direct outdoor access. Guests who will bring children must acknowledge these conditions and accept full responsibility for the supervision, care, and safety of all minors during the stay. Quiet Hours: Casa de Bloom is located in a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. After 9:00 PM, no loud music is permitted outside, around the pool, or in any outdoor areas. Guests are very welcome to continue celebrating indoors after 9:00 PM. For indoor celebrations, guests may use the living room, kitchen area, red rose room, or glass dome. Music inside the glass dome is permitted as long as all windows and doors are fully closed and the sound cannot be heard loudly outside. We truly want our guests to enjoy their celebration while helping us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Rental Terms: Pool heating is available for $2,500 per month. No pets allowed, except assistance animals as required by law. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy.
