The house is very spacious, semi-furnished (there is a small couch, a king sized bedroom set with mattress, etc). We can also move everything from the house if you want it vacant for move in. As the pictures depict, there would be room for an additional set of bunkbeds downstairs - or could be used as an office nook. Due to inquiries, for rental of 4 months (Dec 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027) we will offer this house as a furnished rental with all bills included (electric, gas, water, trash, snow removal, WiFi) to save the hassle of having to switch into your own name) for $8,250/month. For more in for this scenario, a deposit of two month's rent is due upon lease signing to secure the property for these dates. Furnished sleeping arrangements accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms plus a set of numbers. Included towels and linens. Kitchen has most of the basics that you will need. Appliances and Washer/Dryer will be installed before rental starts (if you notice they are missing from the photos). There is a private back yard and patio that has a sliding glass door off the basement level, and it has a nice little creek/spring in the summer. There are parking spaces in the drive for 3 cars.
