Terminating lease early may result in paying out the remainder of the lease and losing your security deposit. If there are any additional issues/damage that are noticed the tenant must notify the landlord so a professional can come out and fix the problem. Any home maintenance due to issues that arise during the tenants lease will come out of the security deposit.
