Casita also comes with all bedding, towels, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, vacuum, iron/full size ironing board, hangers, clothes drawers, motion sensor lighting throughout and starter cleaning and hygiene products. Our private casita monthly rent includes WIFI, trash and all utilities. Casita is fully furnished. Includes conveniently connected shared Laundry Room access. 3-6 months, rent is $1050 per month. Shorter term stays of 30-60 days, the rent is $1250 per month. Max occupancy for Casita is (1) person. No overnight guests, no parties, no pets and must be a non smoker. Tenant pays $50 for background and credit check (required). Must show proof of steady employment and enough monthly income to sustain the rent to qualify. Credit score of 670 or higher required. Good rental references are a must. There is a cleaning fee of $125, which will be returned if Casita is left in clean good condition.
