No overnight guests, no parties, no pets and must be a non smoker. Applicants pay $50 for background and credit check (required). Must show proof of steady employment and have income of 3x rent to qualify, with a Credit minimum score of 670. Verifiable rental references are a must with 3 years of good rent or mortgage history and no previous evictions. There is a cleaning fee of $125, which will not be charged if Casita is left in clean, move in condition.
