No AC in Garage *Upright piano *With exception of stairwell and area rugs, house tiled floor that looks just like wood. Maximum renters 3 No smoking of any kind, indoor or on patio. Parking for one car only. Other car free parking on side-street 3 month minimum rental This is not a sublease or year-long rental. We are leasing "midterm" and ideally from May to November . We're reasonable people but like our stuff. Maintenance - light upkeep of small patio garden (on auto sprinkler) and two tiny indoor plants Change of air filter, and possibly forwarding of mail 1x per month for owners (and paid for by owners)
