Townhome Highlights *Centrally Located - 20 minutes to everywhere it seems *Near popular "Central Corridor" - especially great for Foodies & Farmers Market *Bike lane to canal trails right outside our complex *Fully furnished with new appliances. *Kitchen has all the toys (instapot, air fryer, toaster oven, induction cooktop) *Furnishings relatively new and higher end (West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Room & Board). *Small private attached garage - room for a sedan or small SUV (like our Mazda CX-5) *Private enclosed patio with Weber BBQ, loungers, table and plants on auto-sprinklers *Fast Wifi and two workstations (we do a lot of daily Zoom/Teams meeting w/o issue) *Home gym in the garage which is great until it gets super hot out. No AC in Garage *Upright piano *With exception of stairwell and area rugs, house tiled floor that looks just like wood. Maximum renters 3 No smoking of any kind, indoor or on patio. Parking for one car only. Other car free parking on side-street 3 month minimum rental This is not a sublease or year-long rental. We are leasing "midterm" and ideally from May to November . Also, ideally, we would prefer to rent to a couple or small family, as the third bedroom has been converted to an office/den. *We say no pets but if you have a non-shedding little woofers that doesn't tinkle on carpets when upset at moving to new places or chew on furniture when it's sad, we might soften on this "no" with strict repair/replacement terms. We're reasonable people but like our stuff. Maintenance - light upkeep of small patio garden (on auto sprinkler) and two tiny indoor plants Change of air filter, and possibly forwarding of mail 1x per month for owners (and paid for by owners)
