The condos are very spacious and have the advantage of an attached two car garage, laundry room in the unit with gas/electric washer dryer hookups(washer & dryer not usually included), central heating and cooling, upgraded kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We are also pet friendly and welcome small to medium sized dogs and cats. We are a gated community that features a relaxing country style backyard setting that follows along an oak tree lined slough inhabited by ducks, turtles, owls, and koi fish. Each condo has a full/partial view of this inviting plus to our property. Amidst this backyard setting is our pool and spa. While the pictures show furnishings the condo does not come furnished. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Rental agreement is month to month yet tenant is required to occupy the unit for one year or forfeit deposit. We are pet friendly yet limit one pet per unit. We allow smoking in the common areas but not inside the condo. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the common areas including the pool/spa. To qualify the gross income for all tenants applying must equal at least three(3) times the monthly rent.
