This suite is upstairs and the furthest away from the other 3 of us that share this 7,042sf home on 1.8 acres. The private suite has it's own router and thermostat, mid size fridge and freezer, new toaster oven, shelf for pantry items, a full size jacuzzi in suite and a private bath and walk in shower in suite. Commercial grade w/d units downstairs. This unit also features a private deck overlooking the pool and garden as well as a long deck the length of the mansion on out it's other set of french doors. It is furnished. We do share the mansion, but have multiple entrances and are independant of each other. Of course laundry and pool/deck are for all of us. We are upbeat, but laid back and friendly. ZERO DRAMA. We don't do sleep over's boyfriend's/girlfriends for this reason. We are super grateful for our tranquil space and desire to keep it quiet and tranquil :) thanks for checking us out! no smoking anywhere on the property due to 2 guests have an allergy to smoke. no drugs. no sleepovers or boyfriends and girlfriends- hence TRANQUILITY and DRAMA FREE. day guests only unless special circumstances like family for the weekend or something. We are a very peaceful and happy community, even though we're pretty independent. 3MO minimum- 12 mo max to start. Must past background check and please no evictions in last 5 years. Rental or mortgage references required.
