We sit on 1.8 acres, and the unit advertised here faces one side of the creek that runs the length of the property. 1 small dog is possible ( but a dog will require an additional deposit ). No young children, please, due to two individuals who work from home several days/week. ( This does NOT APPLY TO THE OTHER STUDIO THAT STANDS ALONE.) THIS IS A PRIVATE SUITE INSIDE THE MANSION. This is a 7-bedroom home, but in addition to me, in total (including this advertised suite), there are only 6 people because we value privacy and peace :) We don't see/hear each other because a Mason Contractor built the home, so the concrete block everywhere is fantastic soundproofing! However, each of us is friendly and funny! As you can see, there is plenty of parking, and commercial-sized laundry is in the main house. I put some pics of the potential shared areas in the bottom row. However, most folks renting this suite tend to stay to themselves. I had a " happy hermit" here, and he loved it! We have a small chiweenie named Louie, and he is the BEST PART OF the whole place, says EVERY SINGLE GUEST! Well trained, HILARIOUS, AND FRIEND TO ALL! The home is 18 mins from downtown St Augustine and 20 minutes to Mickler's Beach or Vilano Beach, 3 miles from Publix at the Shoppes of Palencia. A nail salon, gym, bank, restaurants, and a UPS are all right here! Inside is also dishware for 4 or 6, silverware, a toaster oven, a microwave oven, a burner, and a coffee maker. The fridge/ freezer is mid-size and not mini Home gym available. Quite an extensive machine. See pic 3-month leases to 12 months. For UNDER 6 mo leases, add 100$/mo to rent add'l storage is available in the walk-in attic in lockable 4x6 cubbies. Inquire if needed The guest is responsible for 100$/mo for utilities, a separate router SOLELY for their suite, and the highest speed internet, private key entry, key code for main house, parking, and trash removal (the tenant is responsible for taking from their suite to the outside receptacle weekly, but the guest is not responsible for taking and retrieving from the road) are included, in that. There is a private thermostat in the suite as well. Parking available. NO SMOKING IN OR ON THE PROPERTY. Max 1 year to start, 6 months available as well. I give prevalence to the longer term for obvious reasons, but if the unit is avail and the right guest comes along, 3 months is possible for small upcharge for the short-term rental
