Lost keys must be reported immediately. * Occupancy is limited to the approved occupants listed on the lease. Overnight guests staying more than three (3) consecutive nights require prior written approval. Missing or damaged items beyond normal wear may be charged to the tenant. If there are furnishings or household items you prefer not to use, please notify us. Security Deposit The security deposit may be used to cover unpaid rent, excessive cleaning, missing items, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or other charges permitted under the Lease and applicable law.
