The rest of the house would be shared including the kitchen, living room, back yard patio, and washer and dryer. Utilities are also included. The house backs to a small park with a playground, is close to trails and public transportation. There is plenty of street parking out front. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join my one-year-old Giant Schnauzer. No smoking inside the house. Six-month minimum lease agreement (preferably one year). Shared living room and fully equipped kitchen.
