Two adjoining rooms available with a private, two vanity jack and jill bath in my 4-bedroom house. The rooms are furnished, (there is a new mattress for the bed in room #1 and a couch and loveseat are available for room #2). The bathroom would be private. The rooms are freshly painted, and the carpets were cleaned 01/25/25. There is plenty of room for storage and to stretch out. Pictures can be deceiving, so for reference, each room is approximately 11 feet x 10 1/2 feet and each room has a dedicated closet. The rest of the house would be shared including the kitchen, living room, back yard patio, and washer and dryer. Utilities are also included. The house backs to a small park with a playground, is close to trails and public transportation. There is plenty of street parking out front. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join my one-year-old Giant Schnauzer. No smoking inside the house. Six-month minimum lease agreement (preferably one year). Shared living room and fully equipped kitchen.
