Highly desirable DR20 neighborhood for schools, 4 miles from Costco/TraderJoes. Main level and lower level baths have been recently remodeled with high finishes, hardwood self closing drawers and 3cm high end granite on both. Kitchen is dated/oak but perfectly serviceable as good sized for the townhouse. Includes 2 car garage. Main photo isn't exact but of the area. All yardwork tended through HOA - recently painted, new roof, newly sealed asphalt. These townhomes back to natural stream which often sees deer and other wildlife. VERY quiet area for being so close to the best shops and business available to CoSpgs and importantly BEST RATED SCHOOLS. Preference given to 2 year lease but min 1 year. Semi-previous tenants stayed 23 years which tells the story on ability for good relationships. The carpets are light in color so (doubtful) on accepting any pets. If reasonable accommodation (not noisy, not dangerous being high density area with children) MUST have reasonable rental history proving no damage. If pets accepted, pet rent and deposit dependent on past 2 years pet rental history and damage elsewhere, generally $30/cats, $40-50/dogs and usually don't charge pet deposit. If you mention the word ESA please note FHA guidelines as actual professionally trained animals with REASONABLE accommodation given /children/safety/noise/previous-or-potential damage, with paperwork signed from a duly authorized Colorado professional describing the instance and need; Not a fake online authorization -- same as parking in handicap spot without actual authority. ESA's ability allow those in need to be included without paying pet fees nor pet deposit - BUT when allowed must pay for every instance of damage, never meant nor will be a free ride unless consistently damage-free. I'm reasonable on all sides of pets but expect tenants to be equally reasonable, JUST as described and demanded by the FHA. Credit should be min 630+ with no evictions. No smoking please.
