All rooms have new ceiling fans, including the 1/2 bedroom. There are security cameras outside on the driveway. The front is large enough to keep your trailer and/or boat. If your credit score is lower than 650, I might ask for the first month, last month and security deposit to move in. It will depend only on your credit report and proof of income. I will appreciate if you let me know about your credit score and the number of people living in the house as you request to see the house. This way we do not waste our time.
