Both bedrooms have new queen beds and mattresses. I can remove some furniture as needed. I don't want more than 4 people living in the house. There are security cameras outside and on the driveway for security purposes. Let me know if you have any questions. If you prefer, I can keep the power also under my name. You won't have to worry about deposits to start new services. Huge driveway enough to keep your trailer & boat too. This house has a large 6-car driveway to be shared with Unit A, security cameras outside the house and driveway, living room and 2 bedrooms with 3 new smart TVs, new washer and dryer. If you smoke, please do so on the nice patio and/or backyard. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Internet/Water/Trash and decoration are all included. You will pay only for power (keeping the power under my name is an option). If you want me to remove some furniture to add yours, I can arrange that, just let me know. If you have a pet, I need some pet information before I accept & sign an agreement. There is an extra $200 pet security deposit that will be returned to you if everything is in perfect condition and no pet smell at the end of the lease.
