Top-floor corner Jr-4 with approximately 750 sq. ft., a flexible layout, low $978.12 monthly maintenance, and a rare garage parking opportunity.
Located on the sixth and top floor of an elevator co-op in Forest Hills, this spacious one-bedroom offers multiple exposures, great natural light and the added privacy of having no neighbors above.
The apartment was renovated throughout, including a gut-renovated kitchen and bathroom, recessed lighting and an opened kitchen layout that creates a much more spacious flow between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen features a gas range, refrigerator and microwave, with an open counter overlooking the living space.
The Jr-4 layout includes a separate dining area that provides valuable flexibility. Use it as a dedicated dining space, home office or potentially convert it into a small second bedroom with the addition of a wall, subject to applicable co-op approval.
The bedroom receives direct morning sunlight, while the corner layout and additional exposures bring natural light into the apartment at different times throughout the day. Hardwood floors and a decorative accent wall add character to the living space.
Storage is excellent, with a large entry closet, two additional hallway closets and a generously sized bedroom closet.
A particularly rare feature is the parking opportunity. The seller currently rents a garage space for just $145/month. The purchaser may have the opportunity to retain the space by paying the co-op's applicable transfer fee, subject to co-op rules and approval, potentially avoiding the building's lengthy garage waitlist.
Monthly maintenance is $978.12. The building offers an elevator, laundry facilities and convenient access to transportation, shopping, restaurants and everything Forest Hills has to offer.

What the owner loves about this home
What I’ve always loved most about this apartment is how spacious and open it feels for a one-bedroom. Being a top-floor corner unit gives it multiple exposures, with direct morning sunlight in the bedroom and additional natural light later in the day. When I renovated, I opened the kitchen to the living space, which made a big difference in how large and connected the apartment feels. The separate dining area also makes the layout incredibly flexible since it works well as it is, but offers the potential for a home office or small second bedroom. There’s also an unusual amount of closet space, and having the opportunity to retain my parking garage space is a major convenience in Forest Hills.
