Buena Migrant consists of permanent housing for low-income Agricultural Worker families, 10 units of housing for migrant agricultural workers, one resident managers unit and a community/tenant services facility. The project is located on the site of a former migrant farmworker camp, a 5-acre property within the unincorporated community of Buena, Washington in Yakima County.00 annually in farmwork and meet income guidelines. This property does not have direct subsidy but offers affordable rents for low income households through the Washington State Housing Tax Credit Program. We also accept Housing Authority provided Section 8 vouchers. WSHFC Tax Credit income limits apply. Please call for details, eligibility and availability of units.
