You must provide copy of DL & SS. Also a copy of 2015 tax return and current payroll check stub. Gas and Electric must be in your name before we hand over the keys. We pay the water bill up to $100.00 a month anything over that is your responsibility. Pets are optional, but an extra Sec Deposit, and extra $25.00 per month.
