It does not have a kitchen or access to kitchen (it has microwave, cooktop and refrigerator). Preference will be given to longer term leases. Brand new washer/dryer shared with owner in the laundry room. Small pets accepted. Maximum two cars allowed. No garage. Heating is forced air (propane). Tenant pays for 20% of utilities (water, propane gas, electricity). Internet and snow removal included. Owner lives upstairs. Absolutely no AirBnB, VRBO subletting. Ski slopes at 0.6 miles.
