    Motivated sellers! We love this home and are selling it only because we are moving with work. This is a wonderfully maintained and updated home. (It did not flood in either Harvey or Imelda.) Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counter tops, tile backsplash, new gas range, new dishwasher, and new tile floors that run from the kitchen into the laundry room. The house has original hardwoods that run throughout the downstairs. New windows were installed in June 2020 and the siding was repaired, sealed, and painted in July 2020.
