Sitting on a golf course, our unit is directly across from the community pool and 1/2 mile from Kroger, Aldi, Dutch Bros, Starbucks, major banks and other convenient stores. Nestled inside a community of townhomes and surrounded single family homes, there are a lot of great areas to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. No smoking allowed (outside is ok), unfortunately we cannot accept cats because of severe allergies. Any size dog is allowed. No cooking, making, selling of any illegal drugs, substance allowed at any time. This is a furnished home with all utilities included (including wifi). If you want it unfurnished, this is an option, there will be a lower base price but you will be responsible for all utilities and wifi. Only 1 pool fob is given to each unit, if this fob is lost/stolen there is a $100 replacement charge you will be responsible for. There are 2 parking passes given to each unit, you need to have this in your vehicle at all times. There is a $300 cleaning fee due on the final month's rent. First month and security deposit are due before you get a key and move in. If you are caught having more animals than you initially disclose, there will be a strict action taken and you will need to find somewhere else to live immediately. No loud/big parties allowed, this is a family friendly, quiet neighborhood.
