Normal sounds associated with reasonable residential use of the adjoining unit should be expected. The upstairs and basement units share the building structure and certain exterior/common areas. Property & Yard The upstairs tenant will have use of the designated areas associated with the rental unit, including the large fenced backyard, subject to any mutually agreed arrangements regarding access or maintenance. Maintenance & Condition Tenant agrees to keep the home in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly notify the landlord of maintenance issues or damage.
