Built in 2004. Great views. Three bedrooms with 3 1/2 baths. There is a single garage that is attached and then there is further parking in the driveway and on the street. We prefer to rent it to a single adult who would then sublet it to two roommates. We would prefer to rent to college age singles or working singles who would like to split the rent. One lease holder sublet to two roommates.
