This 1896 American four-square with addition was stripped to the studs in 1993. Plumbing, wiring, heating and air conditioning were completely replaced and the house was wired for cable. Complete insulation was installed under a new roof and new siding. Since then, water heaters, furnaces, and roof have all been replaced again, and the basement has been waterproofed, with an outside sump pump.
