Was completely remodeled in 2015 incl new hardwood floors, carpet, paint, countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile, vanities, washer/dryer, etc. Three sets of renters have lived in it since then. - Dishwasher, laundry room with washer/dryer, swamp cooler, tons of storage and closet space. - Great location near Lakewood Country Club. Quiet street, end-of-block lot (with a nice small creek close) nobody behind or to one side of the duplex. - 1.2 mile from a light rail station, 2 miles from Sloan's Lake and only 8 minute drive from downtown. Lakewood is a western suburb of Denver, so it is easy to get to the mountains. - $2900/month - 1yr lease is required as well as a one month security deposit due at lease signing. - $35 application fee (thru Zillow) per adult for credit, employment, eviction, and background check (must have a min 600 credit score and 2:1 income/rent ratio) - Non-smokers only (no smoking in duplex or on the property)! - Well behaved, potty trained, non destructive dogs (up to 2) ok w/ an extra non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog. - You are responsible for the upkeep of the yard (mowing, weed control, dog poop removal, and snow removal) on a regular basis. *I will do phone interviews first to make sure it is a good fit before giving tours or accepting applications so please don't fill out an application until we've spoken on the phone!* You are responsible for yard care (incl weed control), snow removal, dog poop pick up if applicable. 1 year lease required.
