    This is not the most perfect property, but it checks a lot of boxes especially for the price. We were going to do a small hobby farm/ornamental tree farm but due to health issues we will not be pursuing that now. I will be out over the summer bush hogging as much as possible. The property cannot be subdivided.I am not sure why, maybe due to the easement, but it can't be subdivided. You can do multi-family with 2 structures, but you can't subdivide.
